Can I Update & Replace The Photos Used To Create My Pet's Memorial?
Quite often when people are registering their pet, they can't find the exact photo they would like to use for the memorial candle or visit page. Don't worry if you can't find the perfect photo at the time of registration. Use whatever photo you have on hand to register your pet. When you find a different photo that you feel is more suitable, click on the "edit pet's profile" icon located on My Home Page and upload/or edit the new photos.
You may change these photos as often as you'd like within the first 60 days after paying for your pet's enrollment. Your pet's enrollment also includes a photo album. You may upload, change and edit the photos in this album at any time.

Will I Lose The Information I’ve Entered If I Don’t Complete The Registration In One Day?
While creating your pet's interactive memorial, as long as you save your information you will not lose the information you have entered. Once all information is completed you can proceed to the payment page to process your order
How Do I Use A Coupon Or Gift Code?
After you have completed your pet’s interactive memorial, you will be taken to the payment page. The payment page has a spot for you to enter the gift code you received.
Can I Include A Video Of My Pet?
Yes, you can include a video of your pet on his profile. Upload the video to youtube.com and save it. Then copy the address of your youtube video and paste into your pet's story page or guestbook. You can also shorten the address at bit.ly before including it on your pet's profile.
What Is My Home Page?
After registering, “My Home Page” becomes the central area for you on the site. From this page you can access the wide variety of features including creating an interactive memorial for your pet, editing your pet’s profile, editing your profile, and more.

After your registration is complete, you will be able to upload, edit, delete or add new photos to your pet’s photo album anytime.

Registration is free and includes a Message Book so your friends and family can leave you messages. For your comfort and privacy, this service is held in a semi-private format. Your pet will also be included on our tribute list.
